• Once tickets are purchased, they are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation or rescheduling of the event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, you may be eligible for a refund equal to the face value of the ticket plus any applicable taxes (if taxes were charged), in accordance with the event producer's refund policy. Please note that all additional fees (such as booking, service, transaction, processing, shipping, and fulfillment fees) are non-refundable.

• It is your responsibility to verify whether the event will proceed as scheduled. Dsng LLC cannot guarantee that the event promoter or producer will notify you of any changes to the event’s date, time, venue, or performers.

• Refunds for cancelled or rescheduled events are not processed automatically. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, you must email your order information to help@Dsng.fun within five days of the original event date to request a refund. For tickets purchased at a retail outlet, refunds must be processed directly at that location.

• Refund Process: To initiate a refund request, please contact the event promoter or producer directly as outlined in their refund policy. If contact information is not provided, email help@Dsng.fun, and we will assist in contacting the promoter or producer. The promoter or producer will handle the refund in accordance with the terms specified on the event page.

• Refund Review: If you believe a refund due under the applicable refund policy has not been honored by the promoter or producer, you may request that Dsng LLC review the situation by emailing help@Dsng.fun. We will assess the circumstances and determine if a refund is warranted according to the refund policy. We aim to complete our review within thirty (30) days of receiving your request. Please note, if the event uses a facilitated payment method such as Stripe, Dsng LLC may not control the funds and will require cooperation from both the promoter/producer and the payment provider to process any refunds. Decisions made by Dsng LLC regarding refunds are final and binding.

• Please be aware that in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, Dsng LLC is not liable for any costs incurred by the customer, including travel, accommodation, or any other related expenses. As Dsng LLC does not make decisions regarding event changes or cancellations, we will not provide compensation or refunds for any associated costs.
